Making history as the first ITSO in Mindanao to receive both the ITSO Top Patent Filer and Platinum Awardee recognitions, Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) has achieved outstanding recognition at the 3rd ITSO Presidents’ Summit 2023 held at the prestigious Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati, Philippines.
Within just a year of joining the ITSO network, under the leadership and guidance of ASSCAT’s Innovation and Development Founding Director Dr. Ferdinand Dumalagan, together with Ms. Jacky Lyn B. Maestrado, Intellectual Property Education Head, Engr. Jack O. Bertulfo, Intellectual Property Protection Head, and Engr. Cyrus Jay E. Galendez, Intellectual Property Technology Transfer Head, the institution received multiple accolades from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL).
