Led by President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, the team, which includes Dr. Shiela G. Reyes, Dr. Shiryl Ytoc, Dr. Rachel Patangan, Dr. Jeanie delos Arcos, and Ms. Leah Rose Cordero, delved deeply into the theme of educational reform. They were inspired by keynote speaker Dr. Karol Mark Yee, the Executive Director of the Second Congressional Commission on Education of the Philippines, who shared insights and excerpts from the EDCOM II Report on Philippine Education.
