MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR

PRIVATE SECTOR REPRESENTATIVE (PSR) FOR ASSCAT BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT)

1. A natural born Filipino (as defined by law under the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, Article IV, Sections 1-5)

2. A PSR may come from:

NGO/Peoples Organizations;
Business sector (company, proprietor, employee, consultant);
Professional Organizations in the Private Sector;
Individuals endorsed by organizations with juridical entity that comes from the same sector of the individual

3. The PSR nominee shall not in any way be connected with any government institution in any manner for five 5 years prior to his or her nomination for the PSR position.

4. The PSR nominee should have an extensive record of employment in the Private Sector.

5. The PSR nominee should be from industry, business or profession related to the SUC legal mandate; Education, Agriculture, Engineering, and Technology.

6. At least 25 years old and a permanent resident and/or working in the Province of Agusan del Sur on the date of submission of nomination.

7. Must be a person of integrity, high ethical standards, and good moral character supported by NBI clearance and physically able supported by medical certificate.

8. Must be nominated by any organizations with juridical entity and with advocacy in Education, Agriculture, Engineering, and Technology. The nomination paper shall be signed by the nominee signifying that he or she is available and conform to the nomination, and notarized.

9. All applications/nominations and all supporting documents shall be addressed to Hon. Jo Mark M. Libre, DPA, CHED Commissioner and ASSCAT BOT Chairperson and submitted by the nominating organization personally or thru e-mail to any of the following:

3. CS Form 212 Revised 2017 Personal Data Sheet signed under oath;

4. NBI Clearance;

5. CS Form 211 Revised 2018 – CSC Medical Certificate;

6. Omnibus Sworn Statement (can be requested from the Office of the Board Secretary);

7. Personal vision and mission statement for the College;

8. Duly signed nomination form.

Any applicant who does not meet any one of the above-mentioned minimum qualifications and cannot submit pertinent supporting documentary evidences for these minimum qualifications on the set deadline shall be disqualified from the Search Process.
