The atmosphere at the ASSCAT Sports and Sociocultural Center was anything but ordinary as students, faculty, and staff traded their usual routines for an afternoon of pure fun and friendly competition during the 2024 Game Fest.

Organized by the Supreme Student Government, in partnership with the ASSCAT Faculty Association and Non-Teaching Personnel Association, the event was one of the most anticipated highlights of this year’s Paghimugso—ASSCAT’s 29th Charter Day celebration.

Participants jumped, ran, tugged, and cheered their way through a variety of games that tested not just physical strength but also teamwork, timing, and pure determination. More than just winning, the event was about community—the kind built on shared laughter, good-natured rivalry, and the occasional slip in a relay race.

Across every round, it was clear: the Game Fest wasn’t just about playing—it was about reconnecting. Offices and colleges came together, cheered for one another, and showed that the spirit of ASSCAT is at its strongest when everyone is having fun.
