Libre will be conducting the OCJMML SUCsTREND: Seminar-Workshop on RA 9184 (Procurement Law): Updates and Revised IRR on March 3-4, 2023 at the Pansohoton, Philippine Gateway Hotel, Surigao City which will be hosted by the Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU) with Office of the Solicitor General of the Philippines Justice James.
