Bunawan, Agusan del Sur – On May 16, 2024, DICT Caraga Regional Director Mario P. Cuñado visited the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) to strengthen collaboration and explore innovative ICT solutions. This visit aimed to foster the development of more inclusive digital services and capacity-building initiatives that support the needs of both students and educators at ASSCAT.
