Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) convened its Agency Performance Review (APR) Conference and Pre-Technical Budget Hearing today, March 11, 2025, at the Admin Board Room, laying the groundwork for its Fiscal Year 2026 budget.

 

Led by College President Joy C. Capistrano, the conference brought together vice presidents, unit heads, directors, and college deans to ensure financial resources are aligned with ASSCAT’s priorities in education, research, and innovation.

 

Providing key guidance on budget planning were Mr. Paul A. Abarca and Mr. Geoffrey J. Abendaño from Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Caraga, reinforcing transparency and accountability in financial management.

 

The discussions focused on budget proposals, financial and revenue performance, and APR priorities, paving the way for a stronger, more strategic allocation of resources in the coming year.

 

With a clear roadmap and strategic direction, ASSCAT continues to enhance financial planning and efficiency to support its mission of growth, sustainability, and innovation.
