Construction is underway for Phase I of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) Building upgrading project at ASSCAT, with a budget of ₱37 million sourced from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025. The project began on June 6, 2025 and is targeted for completion on May 31, 2026.

Phase I involves the construction of one wing of the new two-storey facility that will feature modern classrooms, faculty rooms, and offices—designed to foster a student-centered and functional learning environment.

Once completed, this initial phase will provide enhanced spaces for both students and faculty, while Phase II will follow to complete the remaining wing, fully realizing the vision for an upgraded CTE Building.
