Kicking off with an electrifying parade and grand opening ceremony, the 2024 PASUC National Culture and Arts Festival, spearheaded by the Philippine Normal University, witnessed an impressive display of unity and talent.
Among the standout delegations was the Region 13 Caraga team, comprising representatives from all four SUCs in the region, including Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT).
Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, President of ASSCAT, proudly joined the Caraga delegation, marching alongside fellow SUC officials in a celebration of culture and creativity.
