What a night to remember!

The ASSCAT Sports and Sociocultural Center lit up with cheers and celebration as Mr. and Ms. ASSCAT 2024 finally took the spotlight. Outshining 22 other hopefuls, Angelika Sarcagua of the College of Arts and Sciences and Kris Angelu Ananoria of the College of Engineering and Industrial Technology were crowned this year’s ambassadors of beauty, brains, and student pride.

Angelika wowed the crowd with her calm confidence and elegant answers, while Kris owned the stage with charisma and sharp wit. Together, they brought the house down and proved they were more than ready to wear the crown.

This year’s pageant wasn’t just about the glitz and glam—it was about celebrating student excellence and cultural pride as part of the 29th Paghimugso Charter Day celebration. Backed by a hardworking team from the Supreme Student Government and the Sociocultural Office, the event had all the right ingredients: passionate candidates, stunning performances, and an energetic audience that showed up and showed love.

Big thanks go to Pageant Director Mr. Boylen Cabag, Dr. Ferdinand Dumalagan, VP Janice Dini-ay, and of course, College President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, whose support made it all possible. Hats off, too, to all the sponsors and behind-the-scenes teams who made the night a true success.
