Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) and Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, have recently strengthened their collaboration, aiming to revolutionize international education. Led by ASSCAT’s College President, Joy C. Capistrano, and Dr. Vivian C. Ms. Jennifer Montero, Regional Manager of Camosun College, delivered insightful workshops tailored to empower students, ambassadors, and coordinators from ASSCAT.
