The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) welcomes additional strength to its workforce as newly hired and promoted faculty and staff took their oath of office today, November 10, 2025, at the Administration Building Lobby.

Led by College President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, together with the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), the activity marked the official assumption of duties of the employees in their respective positions.

The new and promoted personnel are expected to complement ASSCAT’s ongoing operations and contribute to the efficient delivery of its academic, research, and administrative services. Their appointment reinforces the institution’s continuing efforts to strengthen its human resources in pursuit of excellence in public service.
