The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) proudly joined the celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service yesterday, September 1, 2025, with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan.”
