The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) proudly took part in tonight’s culminating festivity of the 33rd Naliyagan Festival — the much-anticipated Binaga Tu Naliyagan — a vibrant tribute to our rich cultural heritage and enduring unity as a province.

Led by College President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, together with the Vice Presidents — Dr. Carmelo S. Llanto (Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance), Janice S. Dini-ay (Administration, Finance and Planning), and Dr. Ferdinand A. Dumalagan (Research, Innovation, Development, and Extension Affairs), as well as Deans and Directors — ASSCAT stands in solidarity with the people of Agusan del Sur in celebrating this meaningful milestone.
