Thirty years ago, on March 1, 1995, President Fidel V. Ramos signed Republic Act No. 7932, officially converting Southern Agusan National Agricultural College (SANAC) into Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT).
For three decades, ASSCAT has grown into a hub for education, research, and agricultural innovation, shaping minds, empowering communities, and driving progress in sustainable agriculture. This transformation reflects our enduring commitment to Celebrating Growth, Sustaining Agriculture, and Propelling Innovation—the very essence of our 30th Paghimugso.
As we honor this milestone, we recognize the people—leaders, educators, students, and partners—who have built and sustained ASSCAT’s legacy. With the same dedication and vision, we continue forging a future of excellence and impact.
Happy 30th Paghimugso, Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology!
