Earlier today, September 29, 2025, ASSCAT President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, together with Vice Presidents Dr. Carmelo S. Llanto and Dr. Ferdinand A. Dumalagan, visited the construction sites of two major campus facilitiesβ€”the β‚±37-million College of Teacher Education (CTE) Building Phase I and the β‚±18.45-million Graduate Studies Building.

Joined by the in-house engineers from the Project Management Unit, the top management personally checked the progress of the projects to ensure they are on track with the timeline and meet the required standards. The CTE Building, targeted for completion in May 2026, will soon provide modern classrooms, faculty rooms, and offices designed for a more student-centered and functional learning environment, while the Graduate Studies Building will offer upgraded spaces for higher-level academic work and research.

The inspection highlighted ASSCAT’s commitment to transparency and accountability in the use of public funds, as well as its drive to provide facilities that match the growing needs of its students and faculty. More than new structures, these projects reflect the college’s continuing effort to advance quality education and sustainable development, ensuring that the campus infrastructure keeps pace with the vision of a future-ready academic community.
