The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Caraga and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga conducted a comprehensive onsite monitoring and validation of infrastructure projects at Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) on September 23, 2024. The activity aimed to assess the progress, compliance, and functionality of both ongoing and completed infrastructure projects funded under the General Appropriations Act (GAA).

 

ASSCAT College President Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, accompanied by the Vice Presidents, actively participated in the monitoring process. Leading the inspection team were DBM Caraga Assistant Regional Director Jenneth C. Partosa and CHED Caraga Regional Director Alma Sy-Patron, along with their technical team. The assessment ensured that infrastructure projects are aligned with approved specifications and meet institutional objectives, ultimately serving the needs of students and staff effectively.
