The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) once again earned the ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐๐บ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ (๐๐ฃ๐ข๐ฃ๐๐) during the ITSO Presidentsโ Summit and General Assembly held on April 10, 2025, at Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay.
The Platinum Award recognizes ITSO-member institutions that have achieved significant milestones in areas such as conducting foundational Intellectual Property (IP) education, comprehensive patent searches, filing at least seven invention patents, and successfully commercializing intellectual properties that make a meaningful difference to society.
๐ง๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง ๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ, a recognition of the collegeโs growing efforts to build a stronger culture of innovation and meaningful use of intellectual property.
Behind this milestone is the continued work of the RIDE โ Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO), in partnership with faculty, researchers, and community partners.
